Having completed "First Steps In Ministry," "Finding Your Place In Ministry", and "Fulfilling Your Ministry," one might ask, "Now what?"  The only logical thing left is the endurance and ability to continue in ministry.  We call it, "Longevity In Ministry."

Longevity In Ministry is BAM International Bible School's 4th year curriculumn that was written with the finishline in mind.  The content helps you walk in your desitny, and more importantly addresses the roadbolocks to it; thus preparing you for the longevity of ministry. The school's curriculumn for this year opens up the issues that are presented to people in ministry over time such as winds of doctrine and extremes and imbalances.

Fourth year bible school is filled with revelation and insight that can only come to students when another layer of the onion is peeled back for them. Answers to tough issues are presented  with wisdom and experience . It has been written to help you arise to the occasion for longterm ministry and live your life in the one hundred fold return realm. As a fourth year bible school student, you will gain the knowledge and understanding necessary to achieve Longevity In Ministry.

After completing Longevity in Ministry, I know I will be able to "arise to the occasion" in all aspects of ministry. Each class took a deeper look into destiny, doctrine, the Father's love, sowing and reaping, and what it takes to have victory in each area. I have a new confidence to go out and let what I have learned be "life in my ministry" and endure with joy, love and patience all that God has destined for me.

4th year in BAM was indeed the icing on the cake! Bishop Bill warns, "Fasten your pew belt"! The teachings and insights have really stretched me and strengthened me beyond what I thought was possible. If I am going to stay strong in my calling I need to know what I can potentially be up against. I have the confidence now to continue in His work strong and confident! Thank you Bishop Bill, Rev. Connie and Elder Christy!

4th year changed the way I perceive people. I had no trouble loving God, but sometimes His people frustrated me. I learned that God is "longsuffering" so that I don't perish. If God does that for me when I don't "get it", then I should do the same for all folks (not just Christians). God never lowers His Standard, He just keeps presenting and re-presenting and demonstrating it until I have that "Ah-Hah" moment. I am now equipped to love people, with a God-kind of Love!

Year 4 is a transformation and culmination of a journey, sheading the natural flesh to dancing in the supernatural. Freedom, confidence and the awe of the Trinity. Embrace the 4th year, it comes full circle.

Longevity in ministry has really stretched me. The other classes all taught me and also confirmed but this class has caused me to think. Will I become a Father, will I be constant and finish the race. I think by God's grace and with the Holy Spirit I will.
I feel so much more equipped after nearly completing all the BAM classes.

Thank you Bishop Bill and Reverend Connie for a great school.

The previous three years of BAM Bile School were so valuable in helping me learn where my weakness were and provided the wisdom and tools to work on strengthening them so I can be the strong vessel God needs to work through me! Fourth year is just outstanding! Putting the finishing touches in place to help us to have longevity in our ministry! (and life of course). There will be obstacles and distractions that we will face throughout the rest of our ministry but in Fourth year Bishop Bill provides insight on how to get through all this! WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

Year One ("First Steps In Ministry) was my favorite, It just re-sparked my love for the Lord" Year Two (Finding Your Place In Ministry) was where God revealed my calling and separated me as an Evangelist. Year Three (Fulfilling Your Ministry) taught me how to walk in my calling. BUT YEAR FOUR (Longevity in Ministry) taught me how to "let go and let God!" If I am in this for the "long haul" which I am, I must let HIM be in charge of my life and my ministry. If I want to continue in this course, I must learn to depend on HIM. I know that with God ALL things are possible but with me, I get weak, I stumble, I fail in the flesh. That's when HE MOVES. 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. I am just a vessel for God to move through. I have learned to love people with a Father's love, because that is the only way that people will see God through me!
Thank you Bishop Bill for your obedience to the Lord and answering the call to teach. Thank you Rev. Connie for being in submission to his mission and keeping this awesome website on the cool side:)

Longevity in Ministry can be achieved. The first three years of BAM Bible School showed me my first steps in ministry, showed me that I have a heavenly calling, that indeed He has a place for me, He has given me gifts, has poured out His Spirit and has trusted me to carry His Word. Now this year I have learned the secrets to finishing my course. There are so many distractions and opportunities to throw in the towel, especially when things get difficult in ministry. God wants us to remain and accomplish all that He's called us to do. God has truly given Bishop Bill tremendous insight that is critical to not only staying in the ministry, but flourishing in ministry. Absolutely Phenomenal!!!

I learned that I stepped out of the young man state into the Father state, I just stepped into this state this year, and with all growth sometimes its uncomfortable and unsure, But at the same time, when we trust God we have full confidence that he is equipping us to operate in this level!!

I have enjoyed the first three years of BAM Bible School tremendously, but fourth year, Longevity In Ministry, takes us to another level completely. This class has helped me to see where my weaknesses are but also has given me the tools to overcome them. I have learned, to a greater degree than ever, that "love" is key to any kind of ministry. If we don't walk in the "love of God" then we will not have longevity in ministry, we will simply be working a whole lot of "good works" that may not change anyone's life. I want to be a life changer and this school has helped equip me for just that.

Longevity in Your Ministry brings the entire Bible School together. It is the best class yet. Again, it is so right on with my day to day walk with the Lord.
That is the feature that stands out with the entire four years of Bible School, a "now" word for your day to day walk in the workplace and in ministry.
