A Born Again Lifestyle! Have you ever thought, "Who would want that?"

In our deep down thoughts, that question probably arose at some point or another. As we encounter many different types of people, successful not successful, healthy not healthy, rich or poor, so many people are stuck in their way of life that it would be hard to see that there really is something better out there. The crazy part about the something better, they would have to put their trust in something that they cannot see. "Who Would Want That?"

If we take it a step farther, if we ask our self personally, "Would I Even Want That?"

That Something better is a Born Again Lifestyle! It goes way beyond just believe in Jesus and God, and it goes to a full transformation of our lives. Just like the picture above, we go from a creepy, hairy little creature into something that is beautiful. It is so beautiful, that people even make a Butterfly House to display their beauty. As I have walked through a few of these houses, it is amazing to see so many types of butterflies, they are not all the same. That is how amazing God is, as we go through the transformation process, God made us all unique and beautiful in our own way.

Even though God made us unique in our own beautiful way, He still made the same process on how to receive a Born Again Lifestyle.

Receive Eternal Life
Be Forgiven of Sins
Receive a New Heart and Spirit
Join God's Family
Escape Corruption of the World
Experience a New Purpose
End Spiritual Death and Separation from God

He also gave us His Word to show us how to live.

Psalms 113:3, Micah 6:8, Colossians 3:1-17, these verses shows us how to praise, how to seek God, how not to live and these are just a few verses. The Bible is filled with ways to live and not live. I flipped to 1 Corinthians 10 this morning for my own reading, and it even had ways on how to live. If you ever question How to Live, just open up the Word and you can find it. Bishops says it this way:

Read Your Bible
Go to Church
Give Your Tithes
Love the Brethren
Witness

Just by doing that, you will have a fulfilled life.

In the process, God loved us so much, He set blessings for choosing a Born Again Lifestyle, Jeremiah 29:11. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you... thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."

But the greatest benefit, is we receive Love from the Father, and we learn how to love others correctly.

1 John 4:7-10, "My beloved friends, let us continue to love each other since love comes from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and experiences a relationship with God..."

There are so many things said on love in the world, but the greatest love is the love of the Father, He first gave to us. The greatest benefit of a Born Again Lifestyle!!!

To be born again. With God in us and able to talk and listen to him daily. With him in us and see on what plan he has for me.
To look back at my past and seen on how far I've come . With God first in my life. Yes there's daily challenges. At first in my life I thought I was doing right. Had some up and downs. With God everything is possible . Thank You God
Yes.. it might take time. But in time and learning and reading and praying and talking to the Father. In time thing will go into place. We have to do our part .

Kevin. I just appreciate your post! It blesses my heart when you post on the blog. You truly are one who wants and is an expression of the transformation of living a born again lifestyle.

Great statement "With God in us and able to talk and listen to him daily. With him in us and see on what plan he has for me." -- Amen. The born again lifestyle causes us to focus on what He wants to do today not what I want to do today.

What is a Born Again Lifestyle to you?

Purposing to live by God's instructions, especially when the way I used to live doesn't line up with them. Realizing that Born Again doesn't mean God does it all for us, but makes the way to walk it out. If He does it all for us, there wouldn't be so many scriptures telling the church how to live. Pastor Riley brought out Colossians 3:1 (MSG) - "So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it." That was a wow/aha/ouch! What is a Born Again Lifestyle to you?

A Born Again Lifestyle means total transformation through Jesus Christ. It’s not just a one-time decision, but a daily walk of surrender to God. It’s living with a new heart and a renewed mind, where old ways are left behind, and the fruit of the Spirit begins to show in our lives. To me, it means freedom from sin, hope for the future, and belonging to God’s family.

And basically all we have to do is open up to people be sincere and share each other's testimonys I have found talking to people if you talk about your life's journey with each other that's how you build connections and hopefully it leads us both closer to the father and saving some souls for the kingdom.

Each day I look more and more like my father and I am relying upon his influence to help me be like him.

The things that I could never fix, change or repair on my own begin to be restored and what seemed like a lost cause or hopeless now has the potential to be the greatest demonstration of what God can do.
