A Born Again Lifestyle

A Born Again Lifestyle! Have you ever thought, "Who would want that?"

In our deep down thoughts, that question probably arose at some point or another. As we encounter many different types of people, successful not successful, healthy not healthy, rich or poor, so many people are stuck in their way of life that it would be hard to see that there really is something better out there. The crazy part about the something better, they would have to put their trust in something that they cannot see. "Who Would Want That?"

If we take it a step farther, if we ask our self personally, "Would I Even Want That?"

That Something better is a Born Again Lifestyle! It goes way beyond just believe in Jesus and God, and it goes to a full transformation of our lives. Just like the picture above, we go from a creepy, hairy little creature into something that is beautiful. It is so beautiful, that people even make a Butterfly House to display their beauty. As I have walked through a few of these houses, it is amazing to see so many types of butterflies, they are not all the same. That is how amazing God is, as we go through the transformation process, God made us all unique and beautiful in our own way.

Even though God made us unique in our own beautiful way, He still made the same process on how to receive a Born Again Lifestyle.

1. Receive Eternal Life

2. Be Forgiven of Sins

3. Receive a New Heart and Spirit

4. Join God's Family

5. Escape Corruption of the World

6. Experience a New Purpose

7. End Spiritual Death and Separation from God

He also gave us His Word to show us how to live.

Psalms 113:3, Micah 6:8, Colossians 3:1-17, these verses shows us how to praise, how to seek God, how not to live and these are just a few verses. The Bible is filled with ways to live and not live. I flipped to 1 Corinthians 10 this morning for my own reading, and it even had ways on how to live. If you ever question How to Live, just open up the Word and you can find it. Bishops says it this way:

1. Read Your Bible

2. Go to Church

3. Give Your Tithes

4. Love the Brethren

5. Witness

Just by doing that, you will have a fulfilled life.

In the process, God loved us so much, He set blessings for choosing a Born Again Lifestyle, Jeremiah 29:11. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you... thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."

But the greatest benefit, is we receive Love from the Father, and we learn how to love others correctly.

1 John 4:7-10, "My beloved friends, let us continue to love each other since love comes from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and experiences a relationship with God..."

There are so many things said on love in the world, but the greatest love is the love of the Father, He first gave to us. The greatest benefit of a Born Again Lifestyle!!!
