He Came Unto His Own - Received or Rejected Daily

Every day God wants to talk to us and we have a choice to receive or reject his communication to us. Saturday morning July 18, 2026 as I was preparing for BAM PA's Born Again Men's Breakfast I heard the Lord say "I came unto my own and the my own received me not." I finally understood why so many times I/we go powerless into our day because He wants to give us the "power" to be a Son of God when we wake up and be about His business instead of our own or the influences we listen in the morning.
When we reject Him, we will serve another voice/influence and our day will be built upon sand instead of a rock, Matthew 7:16-29. Influences will come and they will beat down upon our day and if we stand on what God told us to do that day and we do it, it will prosper. James 1:25
When we receive Him, we will be led by the Spirit of God and become a son of God, Romans 8:14. When we are led by the Spirit of God, we will hear and do what He says and the creation that is groaning and travaileth in pain will be set free. Creation is waiting for the manifestation of you becoming a Son of God. Will you receive Him instead of another voice that is pointing you away from Him?

What are the outcomes of your day when you reject Him? I give in to emotions or thoughts that cause me to feel almost overshadowed by heaviness, cares of life, or giving in to temptations of the flesh.
What are the outcomes of your day when you receive Him? I do His will. I hear Him more clearly. I get used by Him to reach others much more often.

Well I am making my day about me and I ain't focusing on what matters the most and listening to God and talking to people about God and that makes my harvest in a doorment state were it isn't producing any fruit.
