Instructions From Within The Fire - Graduating God's School of Maturation

Last week through the Prophet Rev. Connie's message God said "Delay is not God's inability. It is our immaturity." He stated that within this school there were 3 classes we had to pass. They were Betrayal, Accusations, and Forgotten. This week God gave clear instructions on how and what we need to do in order to graduate from God's School of Maturation. Did you listen and obey the instructions? If not, I would encourage to you listen to it again for the very first time so you can hear His voice speaking and instructing you out of the midst of the flaming fire, according to Psalm 104:4.

In order to graduate, we must have an encounter with the fire, in Hebrew "esh" just like Moses did in Exodus 3:1-10. The Hebrew word "esh" means "supernatural fire accompanied by revelation." If not, we will walk away grieved every time we encounter God, aka the fire, who wants us to deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him, just like the rich young ruler did in Mark 10:17-22, who ran after Jesus because He saw the miraculous works Jesus did.

God's desire is to bring us through His School of Maturation and upon graduation bring us into a place saturated with Him, Psalm 66: 8-12. If not, we will be held back because we did not pass one, two, or all three of His classes.

God started off the message with 2 questions: #1) What has God done for you lately? #2) What has done through you lately? The instructions were to answer them and date them when it happened. So we will start off the blog questions with those same 2 questions...

  1. What has God done for you since Sunday's message?

  2. What has God done through you since Sunday's message?

  3. What was/or still currently is the one thing in your life that has kept you from having an encounter with God in the fire?

  4. Why does God want us to have an encounter with Him in the fire?

  5. Why should we have "coals of fire" readily available from our encounter with the Fire to give to someone else?

  6. Describe some of your "aha" moments from this message that changed or is changing your walk with God.

Serving Him as a Flaming Fire,

Rev. Ryan Welker

  1. What has God done for you since Sunday's message? He has spoken to me every morning. Also, He continues to give me a sign, the same sign for a week now that I can read but ugh, for the longest time, didn't know what exactly to do about it! I got it now!

  2. What has God done through you since Sunday's message? I had the pleasure of sharing the love for my church, "I love my Church" with someone and realized when I left I also threw my flame over to his co-worker about 5ft away because she asked, "What church do you go to?" He goes to Colonial Woods, works for a Christian business, I mean one of the…

What an awesome post Rev. Connie! I don't know that there is any more to say after Rev. Ryan's response except I agree with what he said. Your post made me feel the excitement you have and love you have for our church just by reading it. I'm going to let that get on me! 😁 I love how we are all so different and our experiences are different but what you got makes me want to spend more time in the fire! Thank you!!

1.    What has God done for you since Sunday's message?

Healed my body and restored the energy and strength that had be depleted.

2.    What has God done through you since Sunday's message?

Allowed me the opportunity to meet a new believer now working in our community, and to help start a fire in the place where she works. Prayer, healing, and testifying to her coworkers, it was awesome!

3.    What was/or still currently is the one thing in your life that has kept you from having an encounter with God in the fire? Trying too hard and thinking that time in the fire is only so that I can do what God wants me to do, rather…

Great post Melissa,

Thank you for having that revelation about spending time with God....

" Trying too hard and thinking that time in the fire is only so that I can do what God wants me to do, rather than just to fully know Him. Pushing for it to be miraculous in a spectacular kind of way rather than just letting it be the refining and direction setting, word-giving place that He wants to make me in." -- God's fire of instructions is to get to know Him so we can fully trust in the LOVE and instructions He gives us when He tells us to go and do something for someone else. Hear and Obey is based upon relationship n…

  • What has God done for you since Sunday's message?

Blessed me with time and resources to help others.

  • What has God done through you since Sunday's message?

Helped a  person out with their car. They had a leak. I Wanted to say you should really have that steam cleaned. But I felt I was supposed to say I'll clean it for you so I took the car to the garage and got the old shampooer machine out and cleaned up the water that had made a very bad smell.  So just served and cared about the situation they and their children were in and demonstrated how much God and I care for them.

  • What was/or still currently is the one…

Pastor Aaron, your post just made my heart happy! I love being reminded of the simple things that are just as much God as other things. My personality tends to look for the grand, dramatic things but the funny thing is, God mostly uses me in the more simple things too. It's a joy to know that as long as we do what God is asking and instructing--then that is exactly what needs doing and someone gets blessed. Thank you for bringing some of the rest of us back to the ground as it were, when we get flying to high and miss what's in front of us.

What has God done for you since sunday's message?

I have had a lot of my mind and thoughts of late. And my anxiety has been high lately I have a surgery coming up and I had a week where something's almost put it in jeopardy and my thoughts and worries came full circle and I didn't handle the situation well I tried to fix things in the natural and so the next day I was still dealing with what thankfully it worked itself out well no I turned to God and got deep in prayer and I was like wwfd and he relaxed me I had a meeting with someone that can help with the issues and God sent…

Thanks for your post John! Remember, God has opened the door of "deliverance" (I saw this as an escape from the natural man) this year. Purpose to walk through it daily if necessary.

That's why you should "love your church!" They care about your soul and your life! Nothing is better than to receive the love of God through your "Church!" (ie Nate and Sheri) Thanks for receiving! There is so much available to "receive!" We don't ever have to be the one that walks away sorrowful because we didn't receive. (like the rich young ruler) 😉😊
