Now... the Rest of the Story

Death Valley carries a misleading name. It looks barren. Dry. Lifeless. But scientists tell us something surprising: Death Valley isn’t dead—it’s dormant.
Beneath the surface, seeds lie hidden for years…sometimes decades…waiting.
And that truth doesn’t just apply to geography.
BAM International is not dead—it has been dormant.
You are not dead—you have been dormant.
Your harvest field is not dead-it is possible it is dormant.
Dormant does not mean finished. It means paused—with potential.
Dormancy is never the end of the story. To be dormant means to be inactive with the potential to awaken again. It’s a survival mechanism. A preservation strategy. A pause—not a burial.
The Death Valley Phenomenon is:
What appeared asleep woke up
What looked dead year after year came to life
What was hidden suddenly became visible
Am I talking about Death Valley—or am I talking about you and your harvest field? Yes.

In Ken Robinson's speech titled, "How to Escape Education's Death Valley," he makes this simple yet profound statement:“With organic systems, life is inevitable—it happens all the time.” That one line reframes everything. Life is inevitable. Growth is inevitable. Awakening is inevitable—when the conditions are right.
An organic gospel is rooted in relationship, not religious duty.It grows through everyday life—how we love, forgive, serve, and live.
Jesus said: “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:35)
A superbloom occurs when multiple triggered conditions converge—in the right order.
Extended Dormancy - Seeds wait for right conditions. Nothing blooms prematurely.
Above-Average Rainfall - Slow, soaking rain that penetrates deep.
Right Timing - Rain in the wrong season produces greenery, not a full bloom.
Stable Conditions - Consistency protects young growth.
Reduced Competition - Clearing makes room for beauty.
Sunlight After Rain - Light activates what rain prepared.
Patience - Growth happens unseen before it is seen and celebrated.
Roland Hussey MACY's story teaches us that failure is not the opposite of success—it is often the pathway to it. The only true failure would have been quitting before the bloom.
Here is your part: This year the letter VAV shows us God in man. Human effort will take us to a point in the destination, although these triggered events are necessary for the superbloom God is promising:
A Season of Dormancy or Dryness - Before a bloom, there is often: waiting, pruning, hidden growth, and silence from God. Dormancy does not mean death—it means preparation. "For just as rain and snow fall from heaven and do not return without watering (Isaiah 55:10–11).
Sudden, Timely “Rain” (Divine Encounter) CONNECTION - A super bloom requires unexpected rain in the form of a fresh word from God, revelation or clarity, revival of hope, a sudden move of the Holy Spirit. “I will pour water on the thirsty land…” (Isaiah 44:3)
Softened Ground (A Yielded Heart) - Rain only works if the ground can receive it.
Repentance, humility, letting go of offense, and willingness to change soften ground. Hard soil resists growth; soft soil multiplies it. "... break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you." (Hosea 10:12).
Seeds Already Planted - Super blooms don’t create seeds—they awaken what was already there: Prayers you prayed years ago, words spoken over your life, obedience you didn’t see results from, and faithfulness in hidden seasons. “Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy.” (Psalm 126:5)
Alignment With God’s Timing – A bloom happens in a "moment" and that moment is when you are in position, saying “yes” when God says “now.” Delayed obedience can miss the moment. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" (Eccl 3:1)
Light Exposure – Growth accelerates when exposed to God’s Word, truth that corrects and clarifies, and revelation that brings freedom. "And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not."(John 1:5).
Imagine if Roland Hussy Macy gave up right before his Superbloom. The historical landmark, the largest US department store would not exist as we know it today... MACY'S. GOD SAID IT’S A SUPERBLOOM YEAR! He said it, He is going to do it. He is not a God that can lie. He knows you have enough seed in you to raise the dead! Don’t quit! The superbloom is coming!!! It just requires the right connection…the right conditions…and the right moment.
Now you know the rest of the story.
Let's discuss:
How might you shift the way you pray, wait, believe if the area of your life you’ve labeled as “dead” is actually dormant—waiting for the right conditions rather than a final ending?
If a super bloom requires alignment, timing, and light, what condition might God be inviting you to tend right now so awakening can occur?
What is your "Now the rest of the story" to this message?

I love that you are in my church!
How might you shift the way you pray, wait, believe if the area of your life you’ve labeled as “dead” is actually dormant—waiting for the right conditions rather than a final ending?
Pray believing that the words, actions and demonstrations that have been sharing and given to the people in my harvest field can and will produce a change in their lives.
If a super bloom requires alignment, timing, and light, what condition might God be inviting you to tend right now so awakening can occur?
Light... I want to highlight him so that God's Glory is seen and revealed so that they experience him.
What is your "Now the rest of the story" to this message?
He wants this…
1. How might you shift the way you pray, wait, believe if the area of your life you’ve labeled as “dead” is actually- dormant waiting for the right conditions rather than a final ending? I need to shift the way I see things. That is a big one for me. If I don’t see with “God-Vision” I cannot pray or believe correctly. This has really come to life for me in my harvest field. First, in how I see myself in the harvest and secondly, how I see others. Knowing that there are seeds planted that aren’t dead. They are dormant waiting for the right conditions to grow.
2.If a super bloom requires alignment, timing, and light, what condition might…
All of creation All of the earth make straight a high way a path for the Lord Jesus is coming. Soon call back the sinner wake up the saint let every bride groom church you Jesus coming king
1. How might you shift the way you pray, wait, and believe if what you’ve called “dead” is actually dormant?
I truly believed what seemed dead is just dormant. The shift in praying is that from desperation to expectancy. Instead of asking God to resurrect something I assumed was gone, it requires thanking Him for the life already preserved beneath the surface. Waiting becomes active trust rather than quiet resignation, less striving to force outcomes and more attentiveness to what God might be preparing unseen. Belief is not hinged on visible progress but on confidence in God’s timing and faithfulness. Dormancy reframes waiting as actively participation in preparation.
